February 15, 2020 by Keith Alderson

If you came to the Mexican Caribbean the first thing you will want to visit are the beaches of this beautiful continent.

There is nothing better than renting a bike in Tulum and pedaling to the nearest beaches. Today we will give you the necessary route to go see the blue sea and the beautiful heat that gives us the sun in this Caribbean area full of beautiful landscapes.

What beaches to visit in Tulum?

Beaches themselves, there are many, we made a selection of the best known and most beautiful of the Riviera Maya. In order of proximity

El Paraiso Beach

Chemuyil Beach

Xpu-Ha Beach

In any of these you can easily move around in different places, even stopping at any of these destinations.

How to go from Tulum to Playa el Paraiso

Playa el Paraiso is a classic of Tulum, behind all the hotel zone you will be able to enjoy a blue ocean in its greatest intensity.

If you want to know the most popular thing of Tulum regarding beaches, the paradise will be a good option to begin to cross white sands.

The tour is quite simple, no demands and the whole stretch can take 20 minutes if you are very very tired!

How to get from Tulum to Playa Chemuyil

Prepare your backpack, lots of water, fruits and a little more food to go to Chemuyil beach from Tulum and of course in a rented car with a Cancun Car Rental with City Car Rental.

It’s listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, which offers a wonderful ocean view and lots of things to see and do.

To visit this beach, you have to get to Akumal and keep going a bit longer; although the road is complicated in some sections it will be worth all your effort. But nothing will be seen compared to the comfort of visiting your favorite destinations with a rental car in Cancun.

To get there you’ll need to travel the entire coastal road, but it will be worth every minute of the experience you’ll have.

On the way to this beach you can make stops and enjoy the beautiful road that borders the beaches.

How to get from Tulum to Xpu-Ha beach?

The longest way, but if you went to Chemuyil beach just extend your trip a little more you can reach the beautiful beaches of Xpu-ha. With a lot of similarity to the previous beach.

If you like calm waters it is an excellent option, walking and moving away a little from the crowd you will find an area away from the turquoise water ideal to appreciate the sea, its beauty and tranquility that convey a unique peace.

A little more demanding and you can reach these beaches that have no waste.

What other beaches can I visit?

The named are the most beautiful and known beaches of this region, but as you will have realized Tulum borders all the Coast, you will be able to find an endless number of coast and beaches of which you can enjoy. To get to Tulum you can easily use a shuttle from Cancun to Tulum.

A bit of adventure and crossing, and touring this beautiful city that has nothing to hide. Surely you will not only enjoy the views, but also the delicious cuisine you will find along the way.

It is also very feasible to visit the ruins of Tulum, one of the best known that exist in all the Mayan Riviera, and probably in Mexico, it is always important the photo in this unique and special place.

Since Tulum not only has good beaches and beautiful recreational areas, but is also known for the good taste of its fish and seafood from the region, before being a fishing village, there is an excellent variety of dishes.
