Delicious. The lamb was incredibly tender. I made the mistake of buying instant polenta, but, no matter, the cream and cream cheese blended well and the dish still got rave reviews. I would definitely make this again.

If these creations taste half as good as they look I have to wonder when you will be having the good Irish lad you speak of looking into boutique restaurant space so you can exercise all this goodness on a grander scale!! I look forward to more appetizing dishes in the future!!

Hi Roger! The polenta is a must with this dish and I hope you get a chance to try it out. If you are a fan of the mashed potato – you’ll be blown away with the polenta. So easy, so fast and so tasty! The photos are not too difficult to shoot – the lighting is key. Though I am anxious to play with my new macro lens – so check back to see how they turn out. Thanks for stopping by!

Hmm…braised lamb shank as a breakfast menu item, not a bad idea! :) The dishes are from Crate and Barrel and very versatile – I love them. Glad you are enjoying the photos!

I am salivating. This picture really captures the essence of braised lamb shank. I’m looking forward to trying this together with your polenta since I’ve only ever had it with mashed potatoes.
